Friday Favorites: Blush

FF Blush

I didn’t do a Friday Favorites post last week because of all the “black friday” madness…but i’m back this Friday with my 5 favorite blushes! (For my swatches I have them blended on the left and heavily swatched on the right.)

*

FF physicians forumlaPhysicians Formula Matchmaker Blush in Rose- This is supposed to adjust perfectly to your skin tone once applied…I don’t know about all that but it’s a pretty pink blush with micro sparkles. ($11.63 at Walmart)

*

FF MaybellineMaybelline Mineral Power Blush in Fresh Plum- This is a nice cool tone matte mauve blush…its VERY pigmented so you only need a small amount! ($6.93 on Amazon)

*

FF Tarte Tarte Airblush Maracuja Blush in Shimmering Peach- This a shimmery creme blush. It goes on somewhat sheer for a natural look or you can build it up for a bolder look (but it still looks natural) You can apply this with your fingers, a firm blush brush, or for the most pigmentation use a makeup sponge and dab it on. ($25 at Ulta)

*

FF be a bombshell Be a Bombshell Blush in Sweet Cheeks- This is probably my favorite blush of all time…I am SO glad I received it in a past ipsy bag! It is a medium pink with the perfect amount of sheer shimmer…it is also very pigmented, I have had it for almost a year and I have barely made a dent and I wear it a LOT! ($16 at Be a Bombshell.com)

*

FF perfekt Perfekt Cheek Perfection Gel in Blushed- This is a heavily pigmented cheek stain in gel form…It has a silicone (primer like texture) and you only need a TINY bit. It looks scary when you first apply it, but once you blend it well, it gives the perfect flushed look! (use fingers, makeup sponge or cotton ball to blend) ($28 at Sephora)

  1. I use a Dainty Doll by Nicola Robert blusher. She has shades for everyone especially people like me with really pale skin. That Be a Bombshell blush looks best for me.
